Supreme Court Upholds Partial Birth Ban

This just in! In a 5-4 ruling the US Supreme Court has upheld the Partial Birth Abortion Ban as being Constitutional. They said that it didn’t effect a woman’s right to have an abortion but the method. Very Good!
